We smoke to order, so our ordering and shipping is a little different.

HOME DELIVERY

The crew we’ve teamed up with to deliver you order are experts in their field. All deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles with maintain a temperature of below 5˚C at all times, to protect the cold chain and ensure your goods arrive as they should.  The safety of the product becomes your responsibility once delivered.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm.  We are unable to give specific times and couriers are not contactable.  Home deliveries typically arrive on the date requested, if that day isn’t available we’ll be in touch.

By choosing home delivery you agree to give us "authority to leave" so please leave detailed delivery instructions for your order at check out.

In the event that we are unable to deliver to you due to insufficient instructions or inaccessibility, we will arrange re-delivery at an additional cost.

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $25.  Weekend deliveries, when available, may incur further charges depending on location. This will display at checkout.
